UpGrow Life Skill Learning Center is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Program & Placement Coordinator to join our team.
This is not just an internship coordination role. We are looking for someone who can coordinate students, build college relationships, promote our programs and drive enrollments.
? Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage student internship programs.
- Guide students throughout their internship and program journey.
- Visit colleges and educational institutions to introduce UpGrow programs.
- Present and promote our Internships, Training Programs, Workshops and Online Courses.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, faculty members and student communities.
- Handle student enquiries and follow up with potential participants.
- Convert leads into program registrations and enrollments.
- Coordinate with trainers, students and institutions for smooth program execution.
- Maintain student, college and lead databases.
- Support UpGrow's outreach, marketing and program expansion activities.
? What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to speak to students and college authorities.
- Willingness to travel and conduct college visits.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Sales/conversion mindset.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, education, training, placement or student coordination will be an advantage.
