Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Manager Influencer Marketing to lead the influencer and creator marketing function for a leading color cosmetics brand. The role will own the ₹100 Cr+ annual influencer marketing budget, develop the overall creator strategy, and drive brand awareness, consideration, engagement, and business growth through high-impact influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Own the overall influencer marketing strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging creator platforms.
Manage and optimize an annual marketing budget with explicit ROI and business-outcome accountability.
Build a scalable creator ecosystem across mega, macro, micro, nano, celebrity, and emerging influencers.
Develop influencer strategies aligned with product launches, campaigns, festivals, trends, and business priorities.
Lead celebrity and high-value creator partnerships,



including negotiations and long-term collaborations.
Drive commerce-led influencer marketing, including affiliate, social commerce, conversion, and performance creator programs.
Establish measurement frameworks for reach, engagement, earned media value, consideration, traffic, conversions, CAC, and ROAS.
Partner closely with Brand, Digital, E-commerce, Sales, Product, PR, and Creative teams.
Build strong relationships with influencer agencies, talent managers, platforms, and creator networks.
Identify emerging creators, formats, trends, and platforms that can give the brand a competitive advantage.
Create governance around influencer selection, brand safety, contracts, disclosures, content quality, and compliance.
Lead a high-performing internal influencer marketing team and agency ecosystem.
Use consumer, social listening, and campaign-performance data to continuously optimize investments.
