Role Description The Designer Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the specialist consults with walk-in and referred clients, understands their lifestyle, space requirements, and aesthetic preferences, and presents interior design solutions that align with their expectations and budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing layout options and mood boards, recommending finishes, furniture, and décor, and explaining design concepts clearly to support client decision-making.



The specialist manages the sales process from initial inquiry to closure, including quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups, while coordinating with designers, project managers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution. The role also involves maintaining showroom standards, staying updated on design trends, and contributing to revenue growth through proactive client engagement.
Qualifications
Robust communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
Proficiency in interior design fundamentals, space planning, and aesthetic detailing, including experience in kitchen & bath design.
Demonstrated sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and handling end-to-end sales cycles in a design or retail environment.
Comfort with client presentations, preparing basic design proposals, and collaborating with design and project teams.
