Role Description The Business Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for driving sales and business growth for House Construct’s residential projects. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new leads, meeting prospective clients, presenting solutions tailored to their housing needs, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure. The role involves maintaining long-term relationships with clients, coordinating with project and design teams to align offerings with client expectations,



and ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation. The Business Sales Executive will also conduct market research, participate in promotional activities, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Sales and Business Development skills to generate leads, convert opportunities, and meet revenue targets.
Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships and ensure a positive client experience.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
Candidates should possess basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for tracking pipelines and preparing reports.
