Job Overview

We are Inspia Technologies, seeking an experienced and strategic Full-Time Social Media Strategy Manager to drive the decent, organic growth of our social media accounts. This is a remote, freelance opportunity designed for a professional who excels at strategy and planning, focusing purely on what to communicate and when.

You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the high-level social media roadmap. You will work closely with our in-house graphics team (managing all visual content) and our posting assistant (ensuring timely execution) to maintain a consistent, engaging, and growth-driven brand presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and growth objectives.
Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across all platforms.




Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver high-quality visual and written content.
Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to optimize performance and stay ahead.
Oversee daily posting, engagement, and community management to build an active audience.
Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
Run and optimize paid campaigns (if applicable) for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online reputation.
Identify collaboration opportunities with influencers, partners, or communities.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1–2 years of proven skilled experience as a Social Media Manager, Strategist, or similar role.
Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.), their audiences, and strategies fo
