We are Inspia Technologies, looking for a creative and driven Video Editor to join our team. This is a full-time remote role designed for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of experience who are passionate about visual storytelling and short-form content creation.

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, engaging, and trend-driven reels that capture attention and drive audience engagement. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a solid sense of rhythm, and a passion for creating viral content, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Reel Creation: Edit and deliver high-quality, attractive reels and short-form video content tailored for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts and similar kind of platform.
Creative Storytelling: Transform raw footage into compelling narratives through clever pacing, transitions, and sound design.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with social media trends, viral music, and editing styles to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
Graphic Integration: Incorporate motion graphics, typography,



and visual effects to enhance the overall aesthetic of the videos.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all video output meets brand standards, including color grading, audio leveling, and export settings.
Collaboration: Work closely with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm ideas and execute visual strategies.
Feedback Loop: Implement feedback from stakeholders quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of work.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 6 months to 1 years of experience in video editing (internships or freelance projects included).
Software Proficiency: Strong command over editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Familiarity with mobile editing apps (CapCut, VN) for quick turnarounds is a plus.
Design Sense: A solid understanding of framing, color theory, and typography.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various
