Job Description

As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales for cable management solution products. Your primary focus will be on generating enquiries and building strong relationships with contractors, end customers, builders, government departments, and OEM's. You will be responsible for understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

Generate enquiries and leads for cable management solution products through various channels and strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, end customers, builders, government departments, and OEM's.
Understand the unique requirements of each client and offer customized solutions to meet their needs.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and ensure successful implementation.
Provide regular feedback and reports on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.




Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and market intelligence for future reference.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3-8 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the electrical or digital systems industry.
Proven track record of generating sales and building strong client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
