Novara Infrastructure is looking for a young, hungry, and driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth in our STP, ETP & WTP facility management and O&M; business.
This is a founding-team-adjacent, high-ownership role — perfect for someone who wants to build a career (and eventually a team) in the environmental infrastructure space, not just hold a job.
You'll own the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing AMC, O&M;, and project contracts with builders, RWAs, industrial units, hospitals, hotels, IT parks, and commercial complexes — working directly with founders and the technical/ops team.

? What You'll Do
Identify and generate new business for STP/ETP/WTP O&M;, AMC & facility management contracts
Build a solid pipeline via cold calling, field visits, networking, and digital outreach
Meet builders, facility managers, procurement heads & plant owners to pitch tailored proposals
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
Coordinate with technical/ops teams for scoping and smooth handovers
Grow existing client relationships — renewals, upsells (ZLD/RO/UF), and referrals
Track market trends, competitor activity & compliance norms
Represent the company at industry events, RWA forums & networking meets
