Role Description The Training Placement Officer is responsible for placement of B.tech and MBA students along with planning, organizing, and implementing campus placement activities and training programs to enhance student employability.
This full-time role involves coordinating with companies for recruitment drives,



maintaining relationships with industry partners, and organizing pre-placement talks, interviews, and selection processes.
Daily tasks include tracking placement statistics, preparing reports, advising students on career paths, and collaborating with faculty to align training initiatives with academic objectives.
This is an on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar, requiring regular interaction with students, faculty, and employers on campus.
Qualifications
Experience in campus placement activities, including coordinating recruitment drives and building employer relationships.
Hands-on experience with college recruiting processes and career counseling for students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Proven experience in training and development, preferably in an academic or corporate setting.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
