About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter / HR Coordinator with 3 - 5 years of experience to support our growing recruitment team.
This is a hands-on role combining recruitment, candidate engagement, interview coordination, US stakeholder management, and HR/recruitment operations.
The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, responsive, and comfortable working with candidates, US business teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do
Manage sourcing, screening, candidate outreach, follow-ups, and interview coordination.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct cold calling and direct candidate outreach when required.




Coordinate interviews with US Business Teams and Hiring Managers, including scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
Maintain robust candidate engagement and ensure candidates receive timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Follow up with interviewers and stakeholders to ensure timely interview feedback and next steps.
Work with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders when required.
Maintain ATS, recruitment trackers, candidate records, and recruitment reports.
Support US recruitment processes and coordinate with immigration attorneys on routine visa/work authorization-related queries and documentation.
Have working knowledge of H1B, Green Card, TN, W2, C2C, 1099, and related US employment terminology.
Support HR and recruitment operations, including travel, accommodation/hotel bookings, interview logistics, onboarding coordination, and other administrative requirements.
