Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for recent employees.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.




Manage attendance, leave records, probation tracking, and employee databases.
Support performance review and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Administration & Office Management
Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
Manage office supplies, stationery, housekeeping, pantry, and facility requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and administrative services.
Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for employees and leadership when required.
