Job Summary:-

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with robust expertise in SQL and hands-on experience in Workiva (WDesk/Wdata). The role involves analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:-

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
Utilize Workiva WDesk/Wdata for data management and reporting
Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver insights
Create dashboards and reports for effective data visualization




Ensure data accuracy through regular quality checks
Support development of data models and analytical frameworks
Provide training and guidance on data tools and methodologies

Mandatory Skills:-

Strong proficiency in SQL (deal breaker)
Experience with Workiva WDesk/Wdata
Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Preferred Skills:-

Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling
Hands-on experience with Python or R
Experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics roles

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
5–7 years of relevant experience in data analysis
Proven track record of leveraging data to drive business decisions
