About the Opportunity
We are offering an exciting freelancing opportunity to work with one of the top schools in Chennai as a School Career Counsellor.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct career counselling sessions for school students.
Guide students on career options, courses, colleges, and entrance examinations.
Understand students' interests, strengths, aptitude, and career aspirations.
Conduct career guidance workshops and awareness sessions.
Interact professionally with students, parents, and school representatives.
Maintain counselling records and provide session feedback/reports.
Stay updated with emerging career opportunities and higher education options.

Requirements
Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology,



Education, or a related field.
Prior experience in career counselling or school counselling preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust counselling and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively engage with school students.
Good knowledge of higher education and career pathways.
