Lotus and Phoenix LLP is looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Intern to join our team.
? Location: Advant Navis Business Park, Sector-142, Noida
? Duration: 3 Months | Full-Time Internship
? Stipend: ₹10,000/month
? Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and identify new business leads.
• Conduct market research and identify potential clients.
• Support client outreach through calls, emails and follow-ups.
• Assist with business proposals and presentations.
• Maintain lead and client databases.
• Coordinate client meetings and track lead conversions.
• Support business development and market expansion initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management or related fields.




✔ Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Good verbal and written English.
✔ Interest in Sales & Business Development.
✔ Good negotiation, persuasion and follow-up skills.
✔ Proficiency in basic MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
✔ Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
Candidates with prior exposure to sales, business development, client servicing, telecalling, lead generation or marketing will be preferred.
