* Assist in preparation of the Risk Based Internal Audit Plan
* Conducting a comprehensive audit program including management, system,
financial, compliance and operational audits
* Execution of audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues,
developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client
processes and procedures.
* Ensure methodical documentation of work plans, testing results, conclusions
and recommendations and timely completion of Audits
* Carrying out extensive data analytic techniques (Knowledge of Excel / Idea /
ACL / SAP / Tableau)
* Pursues career development opportunities, including internal and
external training and professional association memberships, and shares
information gained with co-workers
* Adhere to quality initiative within the department, maintaining a solid
Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP)
* Compliance with International Professional Practice framework & standards
* Conducting interview, reviewing documents, developing and administering
surveys, composing summary, memos,



and preparing working papers.
* Draft internal Audit reports and communicate effectively to management
* Provide audit administration support
* Assist in preparation for Pre Audit Committee and Audit Committee meetings

Specialized job competencies:

* Thorough understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance
* Thorough understanding of Indian GAAPs, COSO, RBI regulation, IFC and IIA
Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
* Highly refined analytical skills to quickly review and analyze business
processes to identify control deficiencies as well as business operating
problems and opportunities.
* Ability to develop and demonstrate the effective use of financial systems and
controls to facilitate the execution of risk-based audits

Educational Qualification:

* Chartered Accountant and preferably statutory audit experience of a NBFC
* Practical Knowledge of INDAS
* Working knowledge of SAP
