What You'll Actually Do
Sit with US-based clients (yes, you'll be on calls with American business owners and ops leaders) to understand how their business actually runs — then translate that into a working ERPNext configuration
Own modules across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing,
and HR — configuring, not just reading manuals
Design and run test plans that catch problems before they reach a client's shop floor
Train end-users until the system feels like second nature to them, not a chore
Be the first line of defense when something breaks — diagnose it, fix it, or know exactly who to pull in
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our development team on customizations and enhancements
Keep pushing your own knowledge — new ERPNext releases, manufacturing best practices, integration patterns
What Makes You a Fit
A bachelor's degree in commerce, management, IT, or related field
1–4 years of hands-on ERP implementation/configuration experience (ERPNext specifically is a strong plus, but robust fundamentals in any ERP system with genuine hunger to specialize matter more)
You can listen to a confused client describe a messy process and see the clean workflow underneath it
