US Tech Solutions is looking for experienced Non-IT / Business Professional US Recruiters to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for US-based Banking, Finance, and Business Professional positions.

About the Role

The key responsibilities of this role include managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based Business Professional requirements.

Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based Business Qualified requirements.
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, professional networking platforms, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Review resumes and assess candidates against job descriptions and client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and compensation.
- Present qualified candidates to Account Managers and hiring teams.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
- Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.




- Ensure timely submission of high-quality candidates and provide consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment preferred.
- Experience recruiting for Banking, Finance, Accounting, or Business Professional roles.
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate-evaluation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent follow-up and candidate relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to work EST/US shifts and work onsite in Hyderabad.

Required Skills
