Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical
Experience: 2 years (Relevant experience in Quality Control preferred)
Job Summary
We are looking for a **QC Executive** with a Mechanical Engineering background to manage quality inspection and control activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct inspection of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
* Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Identify defects, deviations, and quality issues and coordinate for corrective actions.
* Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
* Perform dimensional and visual inspections using appropriate measuring instruments.
* Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
* Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
* Maintain quality records, checklists, and inspection reports.
* Ensure adherence to company quality procedures and standards.
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of **Mechanical Engineering and manufacturing processes**.
* Knowledge of quality inspection methods and measuring instruments.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good documentation and reporting skills.
* Ability to coordinate effectively with production and engineering teams.
* Knowledge of **5S, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and basic QC tools** will be an advantage.
Candidate Profile
* Diploma / BE / B.Tech in **Mechanical Engineering**.
* Experience in **Quality Control / Quality Assurance / Manufacturing** preferred.
* Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
* Candidates willing to work in **Chikballapur, Karnataka** preferred.
