? Hiring: Product Manager – Medical Devices

About the Role

Romsons is looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive product strategy, marketing, market development and business growth across its medical-device portfolio, with a strong focus on Critical Care / Hospital Products .

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the medical devices industry , with strong understanding of hospital products, customer requirements, competitor landscape and product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute product strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle — market research, product positioning, launch, growth and portfolio optimization.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and product gaps .
- Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products.
- Work closely with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Supply Chain and other internal teams to drive product growth.
- Create product presentations, sales tools, training materials and marketing communication.
- Conduct product training for sales teams, distributors and channel partners.
- Track product performance, sales trends, market share and profitability.
- Support new product launches ,



product registrations and commercialization initiatives.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, positioning and promotional strategies.
- Support forecasting, budgeting and annual product/business planning.

Must Have:

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Medical Devices / Healthcare / Critical Care .
- Strong exposure to Critical Care, Surgical or related medical-device products .
- Experience in Product Management within the medical-device industry.
- Positive understanding of hospital sales channels, distributors and healthcare stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work closely with sales teams and translate market insights into business opportunities.

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas will be preferred:
