Sr. Copywriter JD (Onsite)

CTC: ₹8–12LPA (basis fitment and exp)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Copywriter who can bring strong ideas, sharp writing and a deep understanding of brands and audiences to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas across digital and integrated platforms.
- Write compelling copy for digital campaigns, social media, video scripts, websites and branded content.
- Translate brand and consumer insights into strong creative ideas and narratives.
- Collaborate with Art Directors and Designers to take ideas from concept to execution.
- Work closely with Strategy and Account teams to understand briefs and business objectives.
- Present and articulate creative ideas when required.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone and communication.
- Take ownership of campaigns and deliver high-quality copy within timelines.
- Review and refine work to ensure strong creative craft and attention to detail.
- Stay current with digital culture, consumer behaviour, content trends and emerging formats.




- Explore AI and new-age creative tools to enhance ideation and execution.

What We're Looking For

- 5–8 years of experience in a digital, creative or integrated advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-led creative work, beyond routine social media content.
- Excellent conceptual thinking and copywriting skills.
- Ability to turn a brief into a strong creative thought and compelling execution.
- Strong understanding of brands, storytelling and communication.
- Ability to write across multiple formats and platforms.
- Strong collaboration skills with Creative, Strategy and Account teams.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- A curious creative thinker who actively follows culture, trends and new ways of communicating.

Positive to Have:

- Experience working with large brands or multiple categories.
- Exposure to integrated campaigns across digital and offline.
- Experience contributing to pitches and campaign presentations.
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging creative technologies.
