DFM / Project Engineer – C2W Group (Pune, India)

C2W is a one-stop solution provider for supply chain management, manufacturing, quality control, and product development requirements in China and SE Asia.

We are currently seeking an experienced DFM / Project Engineer to join our Pune team. This is a full time (40 hours/week), onsite position for candidates with a proven background in DFM, SolidWorks, and manufacturing.

Please note:
This is an in-person role based in Pune, India.
No relocation assistance is provided. You must already be based in Pune. Applications from other cities will not be considered.
No remote, no hybrid, no students. We don’t have work-from-home policies.
Only experienced professionals will be considered.
This is an urgent hire. We are prioritizing candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days or less.

Our selection process is fully in person:



a face-to-face interview and a hands-on DFM test completed on-site at our Pune office. There is no remote or take-home test — you must be able and willing to attend in person.

Position Summary

You will be responsible for managing the transition of products from design to mass production, ensuring designs are optimized for manufacturability across a wide variety of processes including injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, die casting, and assembly.
