Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their property requirements, present suitable options from the platform, and guide them through the decision and purchase process. The Relationship Manager will coordinate property visits, maintain regular follow-ups,



and ensure a smooth experience from first contact to closing. The role includes building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers and builders, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to meet targets and improve service quality. The Relationship Manager will also gather feedback from customers, contribute insights to improve the portal’s offerings, and represent The Residentially in a professional and customer-centric manner.
Qualifications
Strong customer relationship and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term engagement.
Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in lead conversion, pipeline management, and achieving revenue or booking targets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages commonly used in Bengaluru.
