About The Internship
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Intern who is
passionate about project coordination, client communication, and team collaboration.
As a Project Manager Intern, you will work closely with project managers, developers,
designers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This
internship offers exposure to project planning, task management, stakeholder
communication, risk management, and software development workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
Track project progress and update stakeholders regularly.
Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and maintain project
documentation.
Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide project updates.
Help define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays or risks.
Follow up with team members on pending tasks and project milestones.
Maintain project records using tools such as Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar
platforms.
