Role Overview
As a Lead Consultant, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform. You will work closely with data engineers, data scientists, business stakeholders, and clients to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement ML pipelines using Databricks and Apache Spark
Build, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models at scale
Develop feature engineering workflows and reusable ML components
Implement MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model monitoring, and versioning
Work with structured and unstructured datasets in distributed environments
Develop AI applications using Python, LangChain, and CrewAI
Build RAG-based applications and Agentic AI workflows
Integrate and optimize Gemini, OpenAI, and Azure OpenAI APIs




Work with vector databases and embeddings using FAISS and Pinecone
Design scalable REST APIs and microservices
Deploy AI applications using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with clients and translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions
