Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager – Events & BTL Activations who can take ownership of the operational execution of events, activations and brand experiences from planning through on-ground delivery.
The ideal candidate should have robust production, vendor management, manpower coordination and on-ground execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, tight timelines and last-minute challenges.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operational planning and execution of events, BTL activations, brand activations, mall activations, corporate events, launches and experiential campaigns.
Translate creative concepts and client requirements into practical execution plans.
Develop and manage production timelines, checklists, BOQs and execution schedules.
Identify, brief and coordinate with fabricators, production houses, AV vendors, manpower agencies, logistics partners and other suppliers.
Source and negotiate with vendors while ensuring quality, timelines and cost efficiency.
Conduct site visits and assess venue feasibility,



permissions, power, branding, fabrication, logistics, safety and other operational requirements.
Supervise fabrication, installation, dismantling and movement of event assets.
Manage on-ground teams and ensure smooth coordination between production, vendors, client servicing and creative teams.
Ensure all deliverables are executed as per approved designs, specifications and timelines.
Troubleshoot operational issues and take quick decisions during live events and activations.
Monitor project budgets, vendor costs and operational expenses.
Ensure compliance with venue guidelines, safety protocols and required permissions.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and build a reliable vendor network.
Prepare post-event reports, vendor evaluations and execution learnings.
Be available to travel and work on-ground, including weekends and extended hours, depending on project requirements.
