ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator who can build and promote our brand across all our business verticals.
The role involves ideating, shooting, editing, and publishing engaging content, especially Reels and short-form videos, while keeping up with social media trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create Reels, short-form videos, photos, stories, and social media posts.
Develop creative content ideas based on company activities, products, services, people, and events.
Shoot and edit high-quality video content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Handle content creation end-to-end — concept, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
Identify and adapt trending reels, formats, sounds, and content styles for the brand.
Create behind-the-scenes, promotional, educational, testimonial, corporate, and event-based content.
Coordinate with different teams and employees to create engaging on-camera content.




Capture on-site content across different company locations and business verticals.
Maintain a consistent content pipeline and support the social media content calendar.
Monitor content performance, engagement, and trends to continuously improve content.

REQUIREMENTS:
1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, video production, or a related role.
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
Good shooting, framing, lighting, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar editing tools.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for visuals and trends.
Positive communication skills and confidence working with people on camera.
Ability to work independently and execute ideas quickly.
Portfolio of previous work/Reels is preferred.
