About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented SEO Specialist with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and support overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, content, and images for target keywords.
Monitor and enhance technical SEO performance (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, structured data, etc.).
Perform regular website audits and provide recommendations for improvements.
Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies including link building and outreach.
Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs,



etc.
Collaborate with content and web development teams to align SEO strategies with business objectives.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with local SEO or e-commerce SEO is a plus.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
