About the Role
We are seeking a consistent, attentive, and eager Marketplace Intern to join our e-commerce operations team. In this entry-level role, you will play a key part in maintaining operational hygiene, optimizing product listings, and monitoring channel performance across major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit.Your initial focus will be mastering core execution, reporting, and channel health. Once you demonstrate consistency and strong attention to detail, you will have the opportunity to own larger initiatives, drive strategy, and optimize processes starting in your second quarter.

Key Responsibilities
Support catalog management, listing audits, and content updates.
Track daily sales, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Assist in marketplace sale planning and execution.
Prepare performance reports and maintain operational trackers.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve catalog, inventory, and operational issues.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.




Support ad hoc projects to improve marketplace performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or final year student) in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Interest in ecommerce and marketplace operations.
