Role Purpose
To manage the hospital's day-to-day HR operations — recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance, grievances, training, and documentation — ensuring a well-structured, policy-compliant, and motivated workforce across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for clinical and non-clinical roles
Coordinate onboarding and induction for current joiners
Oversee attendance, duty rosters, and leave management across departments
Implement and monitor compliance with HR policies — dress code & grooming, conduct, late-coming/absenteeism, and disciplinary procedures
Coordinate performance appraisals and maintain performance records
Act as the first point of contact for staff grievances, escalating per the hospital's reporting hierarchy
Plan and track a training and competency-development calendar for staff
Maintain accurate staff documentation and personnel files
Manage resignation, notice period, and exit formalities
Support quality and NABH-compliance documentation and audits in coordination with the Operations team
Assist in developing and rolling out an updated Hospital HR Policy Manual
Candidate Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR, or a related qualification
2–4 years of HR experience; hospital/healthcare experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of core HR processes — recruitment, attendance, performance management, grievance handling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive/confidential matters with discretion
Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation
Hindi and English proficiency
Compensation
Upto ₹30K/month fixed
