Role Description: This is a full time, on-site Customer Success and Operations Intern role based at T-Hub, Hyderabad. The intern will be the primary point of contact for hospital clients — handling inbound calls and queries, resolving day-to-day issues, coordinating with the IT team for technical problems, and ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support for all hospital accounts. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and client management — making it ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and keeping things organized. The intern will also support the sales team by following up on leads and maintaining client records.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities




Handle inbound and outbound calls with hospital clients and prospects
Identify and reach out to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers across Telangana, AP and Southern states.
Respond to client queries via WhatsApp, email, and phone promptly
Coordinate with the IT team to resolve technical issues raised by hospitals
Log and track all client issues, follow-ups, and resolutions in the CRM
Support hospital onboarding, guide staff through the VedhaEdge platform
Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, pipeline data, and issue logs
Assist the sales team with follow-ups, demos scheduling, and proposals
Maintain client records and update account information regularly
Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members with full context
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and basic reports
Research hospital prospects and key decision makers
