Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kochi. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities for Avodha’s upskilling programs, including building and managing pipelines of prospects.



Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, presenting Avodha’s offerings to potential clients and partners, and closing business deals aligned with growth targets. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, understanding client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support. The Business Development Executive will also contribute to sales strategies, provide feedback on market trends, and actively represent Avodha at meetings, events, and customer interactions.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
Strong understanding of Business and Account Management, including managing client relationships and supporting long-term growth.
