Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Manager with 12–16 years of relevant experience to lead technical delivery, solution architecture, client engagement, team management, presales, and Microsoft practice development.
The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in D365 F&O;, X++, C#, D365 extensions and customizations, LCS, Azure DevOps, integrations, workflows, and technical architecture. The candidate should have successfully led multiple end-to-end D365 F&O; implementations and possess strong managerial and client-facing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to Microsoft D365 F&O; practice initiatives and business growth.
Drive strategic planning and execution for Microsoft practice development.
Lead multiple D365 F&O; projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, scope, timelines, and delivery commitments.




Interact with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Provide technical architecture and solution design for D365 F&O; implementations.
Design and implement D365 F&O; customizations, extensions, integrations, and workflows.
Ensure technical, architecture, and design documentation is maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
Work effectively with onshore and offshore teams.
Establish and follow best practices for source control, coding standards, unit testing, build processes, and deployments.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope creep, and change control.
Conduct client presentations, technical workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Mentor, coach, and support the development of technical team members.
Participate in performance management, hiring, and team-building activities.
