Ampliwork builds and runs AI platforms for enterprise clients. Those platforms are in production, and the people using them need a reliable place to take questions, issues and requests. This is a current role, and it owns that first line of response.

You take everything that arrives from client users, resolve what can be resolved, investigate what needs investigating, and pass to engineering only the items that genuinely require an engineer, complete and reproduced. Most of what comes in should be closed by you.

The role covers several client deployments. Volumes vary by account and by week, so holding multiple contexts at once and prioritising sensibly across them is a central part of the job. Response and resolution targets are agreed with each client and vary by severity.

What You Will Own

First response and first-line resolution

Own the support queue end to end: acknowledge new requests promptly, classify them by severity, and drive every item to resolution or to a complete handoff.
Answer usage and configuration questions directly, from the documentation and your own understanding of the product. A large share of inbound volume is not a defect: there are questions, workflow misunderstandings, enhancement ideas, and reports that turn out to be working as designed. Resolving those yourself is one of the main contributions of the role.
Where the system behaviour is expected, walk the user through the correct workflow and close the loop with them. Where it is a defect, confirm that properly before escalating.
