For this position, the selected candidate will be employed by DTSS and deployed at the Philips facility in Bangalore as part of the Technical Services team.

Role Description:
We are looking for a Facility Executive – Technical Services to manage and monitor day-to-day technical operations at the Philips facility in Bangalore.
The role will be responsible for ensuring reliable and effective operation and maintenance of the site's MEP and building engineering systems, coordinating preventive and breakdown maintenance, supervising technicians and service partners,



and ensuring that technical services are delivered in accordance with agreed service standards and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage day-to-day technical facility operations at the Philips site.
Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, fire & life safety and other MEP systems.
Ensure timely completion of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
Monitor the operational condition and performance of critical equipment and building systems.
Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, OEMs and external service vendors for maintenance and breakdown activities.
Attend and coordinate resolution of technical breakdowns, incidents and service complaints.
Monitor equipment performance and identify potential failures or recurring issues.
