Hiring: Field Sales Executive – Delhi NCR

Cubicle India is looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our Sales team and drive business growth.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + Travel Allowance + Sales Incentives

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits to identify and generate new business opportunities.
Build connections with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, dealers, project consultants and corporate clients.
Generate leads through market research, references, cold calling and project visits.
Visit ongoing construction, commercial and interior projects to identify potential requirements.
Present and explain Cubicle India's products and solutions to prospective customers.
Understand client requirements and coordinate quotations and proposals.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Negotiate with customers and convert enquiries into orders.




Coordinate with internal teams for drawings, quotations, dispatch and project execution.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
Maintain daily updates of client visits, leads, follow-ups and sales activities in the CRM.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends and upcoming project opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in field sales/B2B sales preferred.
Experience in interior, construction, building materials, furniture or project sales will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable with extensive field travel across Delhi NCR.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
