Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop recent business opportunities across target markets and client segments.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, market research, databases, industry connections and direct outreach.
Identify prospective corporate clients and relevant decision-makers.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct regular prospecting through calls, emails, meetings and professional networking.
Explore new markets, industries and client segments for business expansion.

2. Client Meetings & Relationship Development
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements,



challenges and expectations and coordinate appropriate solutions.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

3. Sales Conversion & Follow-Up
Follow up consistently on leads, enquiries, meetings, proposals and commercial discussions.
Maintain momentum on prospective opportunities until closure.
Coordinate preparation and submission of proposals, quotations and presentations.
Support commercial discussions and negotiations under appropriate management guidance.
Address client queries in coordination with internal teams.

4. Sales Target Achievement
Work towards achieving assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop individual prospecting and client-meeting plans aligned with business targets.
Maintain adequate pipeline coverage to support sales objectives.
Take ownership of assigned opportunities from identification through conversion.
