Job Description
The ideal candidate for Staff Quality & Reliability Engineer demonstrates deep proficiency in the philosophy of quality, strong systems engineering fundamentals across all key domains integral to product quality, and the ability to challenge the status quo constructively. They serve as a proactive advocate for the "voice of the customer," ensuring customer-centric decision-making in core team discussions and fostering continuous improvement in product quality.
Responsibilities include below:
Oversee and uphold product quality from PRD creation to production handover and sustaining phases.
Define and review product quality criteria and milestones for development and sustaining phases and ensure conformance to the plans
Perform quality risk assessments on internal and external JIRAs from 3rd party, proactively identifying vulnerabilities
