Aquasense is looking for an experienced Electronics Production Manager to manage and scale electronics manufacturing operations for smart water metering, flow meters and IoT-based products.
? Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end electronics production and manufacturing operations
Plan and monitor production, manpower, materials and output
Set up and improve production processes and SOPs
Manage assembly, testing and quality processes
Support flow-meter manufacturing, testing and calibration
Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams
Drive NPI, process improvement and productivity
Manage production/shop-floor teams
Support quality and certification requirements
? Required Experience:
4–8 years in Electronics Production / Manufacturing
Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation or related field
Experience in Industrial Electronics / Instrumentation / Flow Meters / Smart Meters / IoT products
Experience in production team handling and manufacturing operations
Flow-meter calibration/testing experience will be highly preferred
Exposure to NABL, ISO 17025, BIS or Legal Metrology will be an advantage
