About the role
The early years lay the foundation for concentration, independence, confidence, and a lifelong relationship with learning.
We are looking for educators who are calm, observant, patient, and genuinely interested in child development. Montessori training is preferred but not essential — we will train and mentor the right candidate.

What you will do
Prepare and maintain a calm, orderly Montessori workplace
Observe children closely and respond to their developmental needs
Present materials carefully and guide children towards independence
Support development across language, math, sensorial work, movement,



practical life, and social-emotional growth
Communicate thoughtfully with parents
Collaborate with the team and continue developing your Montessori practice
