Role Description This full-time, on-site Interior Design Consultant role is based in Bengaluru North. The Interior Design Consultant will meet with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget, and then develop design concepts, mood boards, and layout plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include recommending furniture, finishes, and materials, coordinating with vendors and suppliers,



and overseeing on-site implementation to ensure designs are executed as planned. The role involves preparing proposals and presentations, supporting sales conversations, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain high standards of design quality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand requirements, and manage expectations.
Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design, including space planning, materials selection, and aesthetic styling.
Sales abilities to present design solutions, support conversions, and contribute to revenue goals.
Knowledge of Furniture selection, layout, and customization to create functional and visually appealing spaces.
Relevant education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
