Position Details

The Marketing Coordinator supports NTT Research, Inc.'s marketing, communications, events, and business development activities within a highly technical and research-driven environment. This position coordinates marketing programs and initiatives,



supports scientific and technical communications, manages marketing materials and digital content, and assists with conferences, events, and external communications.

Responsibilities

Manage invoicing and expense reporting in Concur, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, and timely processing.
Track and coordinate Purchase Orders (POs), monitoring approvals, status, and budget alignment.
Support accounting review processes by coordinating documentation, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance.
Serve as primary liaison between internal teams and registration vendors, facilitating registration workflows, timelines, data exchange, and attende
