It’s not about simply managing a calendar or following up on tasks. It’s about creating clarity, protecting the Founder’s time, anticipating what needs to happen next, and ensuring things actually move forward.

Some days, that could mean restructuring a packed calendar or preparing the Founder for an important meeting. Other days, it could mean stepping into a business problem, coordinating with multiple teams, and driving it to closure.

What You’ll Do

Own the Founder’s time and priorities
Manage the Founder’s calendar across multiple business functions
Prioritise what needs attention and what can wait
Anticipate conflicts, dependencies, and upcoming priorities
Ensure the Founder is prepared for key meetings and decisions
Drive structure and follow-through
Track important projects and priorities across the organisation
Build straightforward trackers, action plans, and systems to bring visibility
Follow up with stakeholders and ensure commitments translate into action
