We are looking for a senior, hands-on leader to drive growth and strengthen strategic relationships across Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in Bangalore. This role will focus on account growth, executive engagement, relationship management, and delivery expansion across key GCC customers.
This is not a pure sales position. It is a growth leadership role that combines engineering expertise, program and delivery management, account development, and strong client relationship skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with client leadership, delivery teams, and internal revenue stakeholders to build sustainable account growth and long-term partnerships.
The role requires a strong local presence, frequent in-person engagement with GCCs, and a deep understanding of Bangalore's technology ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesGCC Account Ownership & Growth
Own revenue growth and account expansion across assigned GCC accounts.




Develop and execute strategic account growth plans, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Identify whitespace opportunities and areas for expanding existing client relationships.
Drive consistent account growth aligned with business objectives.
Monitor account performance, growth opportunities, risks, and overall relationship health.
Executive Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with VP, SVP, and C-suite stakeholders within GCC organizations.
Act as a trusted advisor on technology, delivery models, scaling strategies, and digital transformation.
Understand client priorities and translate business challenges into relevant technology and delivery opportunities.
Represent the organization's values, technology expertise, and perspective on industry trends.
Hands-on Account Leadership
Remain actively involved in day-to-day strategic account management.
