Job Title :Project Head

Job Summary :-

The Project Head is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of interior projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, quality standards, and exceptional client satisfaction. This role serves as the single point of coordination between Clients, Design, Execution, Procurement, and Accounts teams, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Head is accountable for successful project delivery while maintaining operational efficiency and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Roles :-

Lead and manage multiple interior design projects from initiation to final handover.
Coordinate effectively with the Design, Execution, Procurement, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Act as the primary decision-maker for project planning, scheduling, execution, and issue resolution.
Build and maintain solid client relationships by providing timely updates and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Identify challenges proactively and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.





Key Responsibilities :-

Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop detailed execution plans and project schedules.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Ensure all deliverables are executed as per approved designs, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Project Coordination
Coordinate activities between Design, Execution, Procurement, Accounts, vendors, contractors, and clients.
Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
Conduct regular project review meetings and monitor action items.
Facilitate smooth coordination to avoid execution delays.
Procurement & Vendor Management
Coordinate procurement activities in line with project schedules.
Support vendor negotiations to achieve cost-effective procurement.
Ensure timely availability of materials without compromising quality.
