Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer satisfaction standards
Develop and implement customer engagement strategies that foster long-term relationships and drive repeat business
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure service excellence across all touchpoints
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and support overall business goals




Achieve a minimum of 90% customer satisfaction score through effective team management and engagement initiatives
Increase customer retention rates by at least 15% year-over-year by implementing targeted customer engagement strategies
Enhance team productivity by 20% through effective leadership and performance management practices
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery metrics, resulting in a reduction of customer complaints by 25%
