Precast Experience is Mandatory
We are seeking an experienced Structural Designer with strong expertise in precast
concrete structures and infrastructure projects. The candidate should be capable of
independently designing precast elements, preparing structural calculations,
coordinating with architectural and production teams, and delivering detailed GA
and fabrication/shop drawings. Experience in cast-in-situ RCC structures will be
considered an added advantage.
The candidate should have solid expertise in BIM-based precast structural
modelling and coordination, with the ability to develop and manage Revit models
from LOD 100 (Concept Design) to LOD 500 (As-Built Documentation) while ensuring
compliance with project requirements, manufacturing processes, and site erection
needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Structural Design
•Design precast concrete structural systems for industrial, commercial, residential
and infrastructure projects.
•Perform structural analysis and design in accordance with applicable
international and local codes.
•Design foundations, columns, beams, wall panels,



slabs, staircases, retaining walls,
culverts, and other precast elements.
•Optimize structural designs for production efficiency, transportation, and erection.
2. Precast Engineering
•Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings for precast buildings in Revit
•Prepare fabrication/shop drawings with reinforcement detailing, embedded
items,
lifting anchors, connection details, and inserts using Revit.
•Develop erection drawings and connection details.
•Coordinate with production and site erection teams to resolve technical issues.
•Review architectural and MEP drawings for structural compatibility.
3.Coordination
•Coordinate with architects, consultants, production engineers, and project
managers.
•Participate in design reviews and value engineering exercises.
•Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety
requirements.
