Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Conference Producer role based in Bengaluru. The Conference Producer will be responsible for end-to-end development of conferences, including researching market trends, defining event themes, and designing content agendas tailored to target industries and regions.



The role involves identifying, approaching, and securing high-caliber speakers, building robust relationships with stakeholders, and coordinating with internal teams across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless event delivery. The Conference Producer will manage timelines, maintain project documentation, and oversee program quality on the day of the event, ensuring that sessions run smoothly and deliver meaningful value to attendees and partners. The role also includes evaluating event performance, gathering feedback, and recommending improvements for future conferences.
