Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished and result-oriented Enterprise Sales leader to drive strategic business growth across Audio-Visual (AV), Unified Communications, Telecom, Data Networking, Security & Surveillance, and Digital Infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess robust techno-commercial acumen with extensive experience in enterprise solution selling, large project acquisition, strategic account management, and CXO-level relationship building. The role demands a consultative sales approach with the ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements from opportunity identification through project closure.

Location- Kolkata, West Bengal

Experience : 15–20 years of relevant experience in Enterprise/B2B Technology Sales

Experience with a leading System Integrator, OEM, or Technology Solutions Company is essential.

Key Responsibilities





Drive enterprise sales strategy and achieve business growth across assigned territories and industry verticals.
Identify, develop, and acquire new enterprise customers while expanding existing strategic accounts.
Own the complete sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification, solution development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure to project handover.
Lead large and complex solution sales involving Audio Visual, Telecom, Networking, Security, Collaboration, and Digital Infrastructure solutions.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, consultants, architects, and key influencers.
Work closely with OEM partners, consultants, channel partners, and internal solution teams to develop winning proposals.
Drive revenue, profitability, order booking, and margin targets while ensuring sustainable business growth.
Develop go-to-market strategies for key verticals such as Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare, Education, Government, IT/ITES, Infrastructur
