This role will own Data Analysis & Insights and creating various analytics assets – Analysis, Insight, dashboards which will enable Decision Support for Digital Products Owners, Marketing and Senior Management. Person should have superb understanding of tools & technologies like Python, SQL, AWS, Big Data etc.. Be able to Setup automated dashboards to cover business KPIs and metrics, with productive use of tools like Tableau, QlikView, Quicksight
Responsibilities
To capture the insights from the huge data that flow from CAMS, customer engagement points, digital channel and other sources
To setup Data pipeline using analytics expertise, tools & technologies like Python, SQL, AWS, Big Data etc..
Set-up analytics dashboards to cover channels, products and investors KPIs & metrics
Work closely in partnership with Senior Leadership, Product Owners and Marketing teams
Deliver high quality digital analytics Insights and recommendations for value generation by ensuring capture of all the data/sources & parameters
Design and produce dashboards and ad-hoc reports to present trends and measure progress against established KPIs
Lead initiatives to segmentation, AB testing, clustering and recommendation to customer based on their touchpoints
Track and Measure performance of various initiatives like campaigns, nudges taken by Marketing Teams and Business
Setup dashboards to cover business KPIs and metrics and automate them for regular refresh – daily, weekly, monthly
Application of analytics and data science to pro-actively identify segments and personalize recommendations
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply them to improve development processes.
Key Skills
Proficient in handling huge data – millions of rows – which gets created with actions of use
