Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads and identify potential clients.
Connect with corporate, institutional, wedding, social and other event clients.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable event solutions.
Handle client meetings, calls, follow-ups and negotiations.
Prepare and share quotations and event proposals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate with the internal event team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Develop new corporate and local business opportunities in Ranchi and nearby areas.
Eligibility
Education: Any Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
Experience in Event Management, Advertising,
Hospitality, Media or related industries will be preferred.
Candidates with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
Ranchi-based candidates preferred.
Must be comfortable communicating in Hindi and English.
Good negotiation, convincing and interpersonal skills.
Should be energetic, confident and target-oriented.
